3. Digital Product Delivery & Access
All digital products are delivered automatically upon purchase via:
Email delivery
Instant download
Portal access
Delivery is considered complete once:
The product is emailed
A download link is generated
The file is accessed, downloaded, or opened
The customer is responsible for:
Checking spam/promotions folders
Entering the correct email at checkout
Saving and storing their downloads
4. Non-Refundable Digital Products
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
Didn’t read the description
Didn’t use the product
Didn’t get desired results
Failed to check spam/promotions folder
Incorrect email entry at checkout
5. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Provide banks with login logs
Provide download receipts
Provide IP address matching
Provide communication records
Restrict future access to products/services
Pursue recovery of funds, fees, and legal costs
7. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
Before filing a dispute with your bank, you must contact:

If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first:
We will dispute it and submit:
Download/access logs
IP address evidence
Email delivery timestamps
Support conversations
Screenshots and receipts
Proof that you agreed to these Terms
Because digital goods cannot be “returned,” your chargeback will be treated as an attempt to obtain services or products without paying.
8. Chargeback Defense Clause (Required Bank Language)
This appears on all invoices, checkouts, and digital product pages:
“This dispute appears to be a clear case of friendly fraud — where the customer knowingly made a legitimate purchase, received the product, and is now attempting to reverse the transaction outside of the merchant’s refund policy.
Wealthy Krue Financials maintains documented delivery records, accurate product descriptions, and clear refund terms acknowledged at checkout. We respectfully request that this claim be denied to protect the integrity of digital commerce.”
9. Client Responsibilities & Acknowledgment
By purchasing from Wealthy Krue Financials, the client agrees:
They read the product/service description in full
They understand what they are purchasing
They agree results vary
They provide accurate information
They participate actively in their services
They follow instructions and deadlines
10. Access Logs & Tracking Consent
You agree Wealthy Krue Financials may track:
Login activity
Download attempts
IP addresses
Delivery logs
Portal access timestamps
This information is used only for customer support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
11. Copyright & Usage Rights
All digital products, courses, materials, and resources are protected by copyright.
You may not:
Resell, Share, Rebrand, Distribute, Reverse engineer, Reproduce any materials purchased.
If a customer files a dispute while continuing to use our copyrighted content, this is considered theft of service.

No specific score increase, approval, or refund is guaranteed
Chargebacks cannot be filed once services have begun
